Constable Humphris was tragically killed in the line of duty on the Eastern Fwy, Kew when performing traffic duties with three of his colleagues, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King and Constable Josh Prestney.

Constable Humphris only graduated from the police academy in March 2020, although he had only served for short time he had gave so much.

Senior Constable King was tragically killed in the line of duty on the Eastern Fwy, Kew when performing traffic duties with three of his colleagues. Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Constable Glen Humphris and Constable Josh Prestney.

Senior Constable Kevin King was with Victoria Police for six years, working at several stations in and around Melbourne before joining the Nunawading Highway patrol in 2018. His service to the community will always be remembered.

Leading Senior Constable Taylor was tragically killed in the line of duty on the Eastern Fwy, Kew when performing traffic duty with three of her colleagues –  Constable Glen Humphris, Senior Constable Kevin King and Constable Josh Prestney.

We mourn her passing and thank Lynette for her 31 years of dedication in serving & protecting our community.

Constable Prestney was tragically killed in the line of duty on the Eastern Fwy, Kew when performing traffic duties with three of his colleagues, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Constable Glen Humphris and Senior Constable Kevin King .

Senior Constable Bria Joyce died in a vehicle collision whilst on duty in Mildura.

Detective Leading Senior Constable Neal Thompson was tragically shot and killed along with his colleague Senior Constable Vadim De Waart-Hottart (VP44954) when they were ambushed issuing a warrant in the Victorian high country town of Porepunkah.

A third officer was also shot and seriously injured.

The alleged killer escaped into the Mt Buffalo National Park and is still on the run.

Senior Constable Vadim de Waart-Hottart was tragically shot and killed along with his colleague Detective Leading Senior Constable Neal Thompson (VP26182) when they were ambushed issuing a warrant in the Victorian high country town of Porepunkah.

A third officer was also shot and seriously injured.

The alleged killer escaped into the Mt Buffalo National Park and is still on the run.
